Welcome to Nasirabad Government High School (NGHS) — one of the oldest and most respected government secondary schools in Chattogram (Chittagong). Established on January 1, 1967, the school is a pillar of academic excellence in the region. Its native name is নসিরাবাদ গভঃটি. হাই স্কুল, চিটাগাং, and it operates as a double-shift boys’ high school under the Chittagong Education Board with the EIIN 104691.

Located in East Nasirabad (CDA Avenue), NGHS sits on a large urban campus (reported around 20 acres) equipped with a broad mix of facilities: well-furnished science laboratories (physics, chemistry, biology, computer), a library, an auditorium, and dedicated hostels. Our dedicated faculty members, with an average age of 51, bring a wealth of experience to the classroom, focusing on discipline, holistic development, and excellent academic results (SSC/JSC).

Sport is central to our identity. NGHS has a long tradition of excellence — particularly in football, cricket, and hockey — claiming national championships and producing players who have represented the country.
